KSampler set to "fixed" seed kills queuing more than one, sometimes kills queing any

I've had this weird issue for a couple weeks where sometimes if I'm multiple images under the Queue Prompt node it would just die after first one, then often subsequently produce no output at all. Nothing out of the ordinary showed in the cmd Window, it appeared to think it was doing everything except the generation part. I chased down whether the prompt was the issue and eventually realized that it was when I set the seed to a fixed number to recreate a previous image, this caused the behavior. Usually a server restart fixes it for one or two runs.
