Sudden consistent system freeze/crash on any workflow

Been using ComfyUI for the last 4~5 days, without any issue at all in the first 3 days, some minor slow downs here and there, but no freeze/crash/reboot whatsoever.
Was even able to run prompts whilst running Premiere Pro and Chrome with up to 10 tabs at once.

Now all of a sudden I can barely run a single prompt without my PC completely freezing/rebooting, even without anything open other than Chrome.

Tried reinstalling ComfyUI, CUDA Toolkit, Python **(even though I'm running portable version)**, updated ComfyUI versions, but nothing really seems to work.

Was able to get a few prompts without crashing on simple workflows, but eventually the crash happens.

**PC SPECS:**
RTX 3060 12GB
R7 5800x
16GB
NVME SSD (100gb free)
Windows 11

Any ideas?
