[Feature request] Replace Node in-place

This enhancement is something that it will save us a lot of clicks.
Its something I use all the time in another audio application with similar modular strategy, [Bidule](https://www.plogue.com/products/bidule.html).
Replace a node in-place and try to re-use all the existing connection (if applicable).

This can be invoked either by the right-click menu
or by double-clicking on a Node (which right now does nothing) and open the Search Node dialog.
