Help: step by step guide

I'm having problems installing this and getting it running.
I manage to get it started once with miniconda but i couldent get a .bat file to work for starting it
the `git clone` is not the problem it is where i should install python and what version to use and in what way i should install it
then somethimes i have problem using the `pip install torch-directml `getting a no matching distribution found error
so if i could get a step by step guide to get it upp and running it would be realy nice.
I have a AMD Radeon 5700 XT if that matters and is on Windows 10
