v0.33.2 makes H3 generations ~36% slower compared to v0.33.1

### Expected Behavior

I expect not have slower video generations upon upgrading ComfyUI using the same workflow.
Other people have reported similar issue (~3-4 of them) in Discord.

### Actual Behavior

First image: v0.33.1
Second image: v0.33.2

Same workflow.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Upgrade to v0.33.2 💃

Reproduce the same workflow on ComfyUI v0.33.1 and v0.33.2 with custom nodes disabled, using the reported debug timings as a baseline. Compare the two versions to locate the performance regression; done means video generation returns to the v0.33.1 performance level without changing the workflow.
