Officially Minimax H3 Workflow Takes Longer After 0.31 update

When I initially used this workflow with 0.30.x version it took around 12 minutes for 0.5MP 15s clips with both i2v and r2v. Today i updated the desktop app and comfy instance to latest and now the same workflow taking over 25 minutes.
Hardware :
RTX 5080
64GB DDR5
Windows 11
Nvme SSD

I don't know what went wrong. Any guidance or point outs will be helpful.
