Queue front option in dropdown

### Feature Idea

For queueing a prompt at the front it is not possible to press shift and click on my phone browser.

There should just a seperate button. There is also the drop-down right beside the run button which would have been the perfect place.

Start at the run button and its adjacent dropdown in the browser UI, then trace how the existing shift-click action queues a prompt at the front. Add a separate front-queue option that works in a phone browser, and verify that the dropdown action produces the same queue behavior without requiring shift-click.
