Description

### Custom Node Testing

- [x] I have tried disabling custom nodes and the issue persists (see [how to disable custom nodes](https://docs.comfy.org/troubleshooting/custom-node-issues#step-1%3A-test-with-all-custom-nodes-disabled) if you need help)

### Your question

I am try8ing to get comphy to..... well shoot just I would liek it to do SOMETHING, I have tried several paths for the local version which is what I need and all of them were kicking memory errors.
It was suggested to get the AMD version and run it - so I did, of course the standard you need these downloads came up and I downloaded them - I copied them into the models folder and restarted - It says I am STILL missing those same models - Please tell me what my next step it, because I have been playing with this for 3 days and have not gotten anything out of it.
oh, and since running the AMD it only runs in a chrome window and offers no logs.

### Logs

```powershell
Research direction
Start by collecting the exact missing model names and the startup output from the AMD version; the issue's PowerShell log is empty. Check the models folder layout and how the local install reports model paths. Done means the required models are detected and a first local image-to-video workflow runs without memory errors.
