Description

The load image node fills the alpha channel with black, but it looks like the process is very inaccurate.

Can we get a bit more accuracy, and perhaps the option to choose the fill color please?

Research direction

Start by locating the Load Image node and reproducing how it fills the alpha channel using the image shown in the issue. Done means the alpha handling is more accurate and the fill color can be selected, but the issue does not identify files, tests, or a precise accuracy target.
