Billing] Creator Plan ($35) paid via Alipay not activated / Pending 48h

### Description
I paid $35 USD for the Creator Plan via Alipay on ComfyUI Cloud 2 days ago. The payment went through successfully on Alipay/Stripe, but my account status remains "Free" and the subscription was not activated.

*Note on Account Balance:* My account currently shows 1430 credits, which are leftover points from a **previous $10 top-up purchase**. The new $35 Creator Plan subscription credits and perks have NOT been applied at all.

I sent an email to support@comfy.org 48 hours ago, but have not received a response yet.
