### Expected Behavior

if i press the arrow and may slighty move the mouse I expect not to change the numbers.
one click one number -> up or down (right/left arrow)

### Actual Behavior

if i press mouse anywhere in that field and move the mouse the numbers change

if i press the arrow and move mouse number change!

Reproduce the problem in a numeric node field by pressing an arrow and moving the mouse slightly. Locate the frontend component handling that field, then verify that arrow presses change exactly one number without mouse movement changing it.
