Shut Down the Free Plan

### Feature Idea

Even after successfully adding points, the workflow fails to initiate. While I understand the decision to restrict the use of free credits, I am frustrated that my paid credits—purchased in addition to my subscription—were forfeited when I cancelled my plan. At a minimum, I am requesting a refund for those purchased credits. Back in May, I flagged a recurring issue with the official team regarding excessive API calls abusing our free quota. Despite their ongoing efforts, the problem remains unresolved. It’s time we move forward with removing the Free Plan on Comfy Cloud to mitigate this.
