Description
### Feature Idea
I can hardly see, partially blind , I have to work on 60 inch screens. My eyes are getting worse. I need to be able to make ALL text larger and stuff to scale within reason to accommodate. Scaling everything is not the answer as that just fills the UI with big stuff and well makes it useless. The default text size in a clip encode node for example is four to six times too small. same for every other node. I would like to set a value in the settings to force text size increase globally without scaling the nodes to silly sizes.

Research direction
Start by locating the menu's Text size setting and tracing how text is rendered in nodes and textboxes. Determine where a global setting could apply without scaling node dimensions, then verify that the chosen size affects all node and textbox text while leaving the surrounding UI usable.
