ComfyUI Crash, would like to rollback.

Note: I'm on a 9070xt
ComfyUI was working fine for me this morning then I noticed there was an update so I did it. I'm new and didn't realize you should never update. So now even after reinstalling comfy and graphics drivers and removing ram overclock, it still crashes and won't generate even though it was just working. So I was wondering if there was any way to fix this or downgrade the comfy version on the desktop app. It doesn't seem like there is a way. Also, I can't rollback snapshot as I have fully deleted and reinstalled it and didn't know that was an option.
