an existing Workflows directory can no longer be opened by the app

### Custom Node Testing

### Expected Behavior

For some strange reason, after the new commits, I cant get my previous worksflows directory to even load anymore. It keeps using it's own workflow directory and no longer points to `C:\Users\username\Documents\ComfyUI\user\default\workflows`

### Actual Behavior

I've tried editing config.json, settings.json, extra_models_config.yaml, comfy.settings.json, cli_args.py but nothing works anymore, it keeps showing the blank default workflow directory. What happened?

### Steps to Reproduce

Commit to latest 6d18f4a. And now it wont look at your old workflows directory where all your json files are.

### Debug Logs

It just won't show, it points to new workflow directory with no way to change it.
```
