Workflow in EXIF - can the model hash be added? [Feature Request]

Description
Currently, the EXIF (and the workflow) in the images doesn’t contain the model hash for checkpoints / lora / etc. It would be nice to have that info since it‘s the best way to know if the models are the same, and also easy access to info.
This is something that Automatic1111 has implemented and it’s something very useful. I hope that you’d consider it.
