Visualize gifs in Preview node

Hi, I have tried to load a gif image in a custom node similar to the preview node but the final gif is loaded but it is static. Can we have gifs playing visualization insight the UI?

I know the original version of the lithograph UI allows for embedding even html inside the nodes. Can we have a specialized output to allow for html code as well?
