i have this cmd problem in comfyui portable

### Custom Node Testing

### Expected Behavior

it should launch to a web normaly

### Actual Behavior

it just break after restarting and it give me this cmd, i can't update , can't launch it and i tried reinstall it several times also breaks, i tried different versions of comfyui, deleted all python, installed it in short path and nothing works

### Steps to Reproduce

i don't know what caused it
