Description

### Feature Idea

I am a partially sighted ComfyUI user I rely on the ability of being able to zoom in on nodes and navigating around the canvas to see what is happening.
**The Problem:**
App Mode is a separate UI that inherited none of these canvas
accessibility features. When a workflow exported with App Mode
enabled is loaded, I am forced out of the accessible canvas
into an inaccessible fixed-scale UI with no escape route.

In App Mode I cannot:
- Read node text
- Read button labels
- Use canvas zoom as an accessibility workaround
- Cannot exit app mode as none of the buttons scale.
- App mode literally bricks comfy for me , as nothing scales.

I had to delete a workflow today because I could not interact
with it at all.

**Requested Fix:**
A single global user preference: never enter App Mode regardless
of workflow export flags. User accessibility preference must
override workflow instruction permanently.

This is an accessibility bug not a feature request.

### Existing Solutions

People have suggested I just exit the app mode, this would be fine if I could the bloody buttons or read anything. I work off 8k 60 inch screens that zoom in lovely for me. A fixed forced size of the app mode is completely unreadable to me.
