Short LTX 2.3 Workflow that yesterday worked now provokes oom killer

### Custom Node Testing

### Expected Behavior

To work like yesterday - Nothing of my system changed since then, despite small Comfy pull updates.

### Actual Behavior

Short LTX 2.3 Workflow that yesterday night still worked now provokes the oom killer.
No Error Messages from Comfy.

Seems to be VAE Encode and/or VAE Encode (tiled).

Short LTX 2.3 Workflow 1280x720 5min on 4090 24G VRAM + 64G RAM.
Yesterday night the same Workflow ran without problems and created even 18min videos.
