Dynamic VRAM slow generation times vs Normal

### Expected Behavior

Fix it.

### Actual Behavior

When i use dynamic vram the first generation speed its similar as no dynamic vram speed, but next ones takes more time, here i attach two screenshots comparison, first one dynamic vram, second normal. For this tests i used the same wf model and seeds, flux klein 9b.
