Media Assets and Completed Job Queue/History all empty after 0.15.1 -> 0.16.3

### Custom Node Testing

### Expected Behavior

I run a job, I see it running in the queue, when it's done, it's still listed there.

### Actual Behavior

I hit run, I see the job complete, then it dissappears.

### Steps to Reproduce

Run a job. I tried LTX and SDXL. When the job finishes, it's gone.

I was on 0.15.0, I just updated to 0.16.3

I usually use preview and don't save output until it's just right. I also tried with a save node, but either way, nothing in history list.

I also tried the new experimental queue in side bar (which is GREAT!) but same issue there.
