After Installing from Manager and Restart there is no Stop - this leads to problems

### Feature Idea

Once you install new custom-nodes or whatever, you must Restart to have them finish loading. But the once you're done with that and you want to Restart once more, there is no Stop, and if you simply hit the Restart once more, you'll have ComfyUI running more than one copy - Bad News.
Sure you can End Task if you remember in time, but the way to fix this is to have a permanent Stop Button next to Restart. Probably quite easy to do this :) .

Anyway CumfyUI is the BEST!
