Ability to receive animated latent previews in WebSocket

### Feature Idea

I've noticed the fancy new animated previews, which really come in handy when it comes to video generation models.

Would it be possible to make them available through the WebSocket API?
Currently it only seems to send the old jpeg latent previews.
It would be very useful for developers of third party software to be able to get access to the animated latent previews.
