Pertubed Attention on Chroma is doing nothing.

### Expected Behavior

The change of the scale should change the output.

### Actual Behavior

Without or with node.
With scale = 0 or scale = 100.
Nothing changed.
Only the generation is getting slower.

### Steps to Reproduce

Add the node. See that it doesnt work.
