Mask editor accessibility request

### Feature Idea

Can you please add a function to make the cursor in the mask editor much more prominent, as in glowing red and pink to black so that a colour can be chosen. I am sight limited and I cannot use the mask editor as I literally cannot see the cursor to draw a mask. It never used to be this small and hard to see. In its current form it is utterly useless for my needs.
In brief the drawing circle is far too narrow in diameter of the spline, the spline itself is the wrong colour and acts like a cloaking device.
