### Expected Behavior

I espected it to run as intended, lol

### Actual Behavior

when using provided .batch files in portable version for amd.
Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using '"D:\a\ComfyUI\python_embeded\python.exe"
C:\ComfyUI_windows_portable\python_embeded\Scripts\offload-arch.exe" ': The system cannot find the file specified.

does not matter where i put the progtam folder, i always get the same message, google ai is telling me this is a known bug for amd users? so whats with the path to D:\a ?? and the python_emneded is not even located inside the comfyUI folder, so this is odd??.,, please give me a cmd workaround if possible, thanks
