CompyUI API using .Net and c#

Hi .. I'm looking for a simple code example in c#, which would show, how to access ComfyUI APIs.. something like the phyton API example.

The c# example in SwarmUI:

is using SwarmUI libararies ( all in beta) and needs the entire project built..

Is there a simple c# example?
