success and failure marking UI for samplers/schedulers or sampler-scheduler combo works well window

### Feature Idea

Some samplers don't work with some models. It would be nice if the user could mark those. They would still appear in the list but they would be visually marked somehow, perhaps a strikethrough.

Samplers that the user has found work well could also have some kind of visual indicator, like bolded text, to remind them that it has worked well for them.

Since there are so many samplers, it could help a person move through the list more quickly and not have to try to keep everything memorized for a long time. I tend to forget some of the good ones for particular models when I haven't used those models for a while.

It might also be nice to be able to somehow have the schedulers that one has found work well with a particular sampler with a particular model also be noted in the UI. Perhaps there could be a separate "Recommended sampler/scheduler combo" window that one could use to set the UI, rather than the plain list of samplers and schedulers?
