Description

### Feature Idea

This is not a feature request, but instead is a solution I tried to create myself, any feedback is welcome.

It’s a tool that tries to solve dependency conflicts without breaking your existing (Windows/Portable) setup. It's not 100% bulletproof yet (please read the README info in the repository for details), but it's fully open-source (just a .bat file) so you can review the code yourself to see it's safe. Hope it saves someone a headache!

Research direction

Start by reading the linked ComfyPortable-Safe-Installer repository's README and its .bat file. Review how it handles dependency conflicts in a Windows/Portable setup, then provide feedback on whether the approach is safe and how its stated limitations apply.
