Windows installer: The file put_loras_here is in the wrong folder

### Expected Behavior

The windows installer should put the file **put_loras_here** in the folder **C:\Users\%username%\Documents\ComfyUI\models\loras**

### Actual Behavior

The windows installer puts the file **put_loras_here** in the folder **C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Programs\ComfyUI\resources\ComfyUI\models\loras**

### Steps to Reproduce

Run the windows installer. Add a LoRA.
