Subgraph group bypass

### Feature Idea

Hello! I like the new subgraph feature in ComfyUI. It's easy to organize workflows now. And last update with edit subgraph without entering it is superb! But I notice that if i add subgraph in any group and set bypass of this group, it makes bypass only for subgraph node but not for nodes inside subgraph. If I set bypass only for subgraph node it works well and all nodes inside subgraph are bypassed too. It will be perfect if you provide the ability for bypass a group to also bypass nodes within the subgraph.

Reproduce the reported workflow in ComfyUI by placing a subgraph inside a group and toggling the group's bypass state. Trace how group bypass differs from direct subgraph bypass, then verify that bypassing the group also bypasses the nodes inside the subgraph while preserving the existing direct-subgraph behavior.
