Feature Request: Easy way to see changes to repos?

Hi, thank you for making and maintaining this very helpful app!!

Could there be a way that users could easily see updates/changes to nodes and Comfy when you click "update all"?
Even if it is just each repo name in the "... has been updated" dialog box made into a link that opens the relevant github in a new window?

I ask because things are moving so fast that I am constantly manually opening these to see what is newly supported when I see there is an update :) . So this functionality would be very helpful!
