after updates are applied, the screen always shows one node set that needs updating

Hi Data,
Thanks for your work on the manager and all the others - they are so useful!

I use the manager to update my custom nodes every day. I normally use the check all updates and click on an update button. Expect return screen after updates are applied is blank / empty with just the restart suggestion. However this week, after doing updates each time I get a return screen with a node set still needing updates which was not on the first update search screen of nodes needing updates. Strange behavior so I thought I'd open an issue. Attached is a screen shot showing the return screen after applying updates with the node set which is causing the problem. If I try to update it normally, it won't update/doesn't need updates.
