Request to manually refresh sync / cache for custom node comfypanel

I am the author of the custom node comfypanel. My node was previously stuck at version 1.0.0 in ComfyUI Manager because the initial release was missing the pyproject.toml file, which caused the registry sync pipeline to get stuck or skip newer updates.

I have fully resolved this issue in the recent releases (current version is 1.2.3), and the pyproject.toml file is now correctly included and configured in the root directory.

Could you please manually trigger a backend cache refresh or re-sync for comfypanel so that ComfyUI Manager can successfully pick up the latest versions?
