Description
I am using the version that requires a fully manual installation and a custom Miniconda environment.
All requirements are the same version, and there are no library conflicts.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
### 1. When the manager is launched for the first time, it does not display all the possible installed nodes. It only starts displaying them all after a restart. This is shown in detail in the video below.

### 2. As far as I understand, is the issue with custom plugins not displaying correctly a common occurrence with the new manager?
### 3. Is it possible to fix this via the manager’s configuration file?

Research direction
No source files, tests, or entry points are named. Reproduce the first-launch behavior with the manual installation and custom Miniconda environment, then trace installed custom-node discovery and its display path; done when all installed nodes appear without a restart and the configuration-file question is answered.
