Custom nodes missing in the new Nodes Manager but available in the old one

I'm trying to install [VRGameDevGirl Video Enhancement Nodes](https://github.com/vrgamegirl19/comfyui-vrgamedevgirl) in a fresh install of ComfyUI portable, but the built-in Nodes Manager simply can't find it:

Tried searching for terms like `comfyui-vrgamedevgirl` and `vrgamegirl19`, as well as imported a workflow containing some of the custom nodes hoping that it would suggest the correct pack, but to no avail.

However, when I search for the same terms in the old manager, the nodes pack is found as expected:

What exactly could be causing the nodes pack not to show up in the new manager? If it's something missing in the nodes repo, I'll let the author know.
