Published registry nodes do not appear in ComfyUI-Manager list

Hi, I have already published these 4 extensions to the **Comfy Registry** using `publish_action.yml` with the GitHub Actions method described here:

They are visible as published in my Registry publisher page, but they still do not appear in the extension list inside [ComfyUI-Manager](https://github.com/Comfy-Org/ComfyUI-Manager).

**Is there any additional step required for already-published registry nodes to show up in ComfyUI-Manager?**

If yes, what exactly is missing on my side?
