1) EDIT "manager_core.py"
\ComfyUI\custom_nodes\ComfyUI-Manager\glob\manager_core.py

Change default channel to:
DEFAULT_CHANNEL = "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Comfy-Org/ComfyUI-Manager/main"
DELETE _pycache_

2) EDIT "config.ini" (or delete it)
E:\ComfyUI_windows_portable_nvidia\ComfyUI\user\__manager
