☠️ ComfyUI Manager is failing to install any nodes, and freezes or suspends comfy...

I manager several instances of ComfyUI on GCP, and just over the last week or so after installing and reinstalling latest versions of ComfyUI and the ComfyUI manager - the manager has just not been working. Furthermore, when this happens, it seems to suspend the comfy process or something. Ctrl C will not quit or close comfy, no matter how many times it is pressed. The only way I've been able to escape and restart is by Ctrl Z, and then with a `kill -9 `, with the -9 being required because of the suspended state.

The only thing that it says in the terminal is "queue_running length".

This happens even with a fresh install, today, and pulling the latest manager and comfy several times over the past week. This happens while trying to install 1 node, or several.
