Getting a VAE error when trying to use WAN 2.1 IMG to Vid or Text to vid

Error while deserializing header: HeaderTooLarge

File path: C:\Users\Desktop1\New folder\ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\models\vae\wan_2.1_vae.safetensors

The safetensors file is corrupt or invalid. Make sure this is actually a safetensors file and not a ckpt or pt or other filetype.

I have tried reinstalling all of my safetensor files several times and validated that they are in the correct folders. Could it have something to do with me being on portable? I am very new to this and do not really know what I am doing.

On a side note, I also cannot get the Manager to work on my portable UI, I even followed the instructions on the website specifically for installing the manager on portable.
