Unable to uninstall custom nodes, unabel to rollback due to [WinError 5] Access is denied

Description
Hi, need advice if anyone encountered this error before where I cant uninstall any custom nodes I previously installed as it will show a [WinError 5] Access is denied, its not specific to one node by every node behaves the same way.
Because of this its unable to assess when I wish to restore a snapshot as well, making this potentially troublesome for backing up files.
Do let me know if there is a way to resolve this, thanks!
