Install all checked Custom Nodes

This is a GUI issue that can lead to some problems...

I was trying to install some custom nodes.
Searching for Custom nodes of a particular Dev, found 4.
Since I wanted all of his nodes, I checked the "All" checkbox that selected all 4 of the displaying nodes.
I pressed "Install" for one of them, and went to eat something.
When I returned half an hour later, it was still installing nodes..
It was trying to install ALL the custom nodes that had in the db!!
Not just the ones I was seeing!

Well.. Not optimal..
The expected behavior for me would be when you're seeing some nodes, checking "All" means all visible ones.
To really select all you have to be in the "Filter: all" mode without a search filter active.

BTW, thank you for this nice utility. It really saves me a lot of time. 😃
