After the manager is installed using conda in ubuntu22.04, many nodes fail to be installed or even conflict with other nodes

I am ubuntu22.04 and found that the installation of most nodes will fail or lead to dependency conflicts among other nodes. Currently, all operations are performed in the conda environment. Do I need venv?
Is the file related to the mirror source configured because the network connection is often faulty?
Can you give a standard process for installing nodes, because it has failed for several days, and now everyone is afraid to install nodes
