Comfy Desktop Restart Loop

As the title says, ever since launching comfy desktop made it auto update to 1.0.35, I've been stuck on an update loop. I've seen old issues pertain to it but I've seen they were supposedly fixed.

Edit: Uninstalling and then reinstalling clean didnt work.

Edit 2: Comfy Desktop dashboard shows for a second after the update 'restarts' comfy client and then instantly closes.

Specs in case its needed:

Win 11 25h2
Ryzen 55600x
RTX 3070
32gb ram

Reproduce the 1.0.35 update loop on Windows 11 25H2 with the listed hardware and inspect any available application logs. No source file or test is named, so first locate the update and client-restart entry points. Done means the dashboard no longer causes an immediate restart and exit after updating, including after a clean reinstall.
