Description
This would allow older unbooted installs to not suddenly shoot up in the list, and for actually booted installs to go above them when they are booted.
TL;DR make installing count as 'boot time' under the hood despite showing 'never booted'. Maybe have never booted be "Created (time ago)" instead of just "Not launched yet")

Research direction
Start by locating the recent-install list and the install/boot timestamp handling described in the issue. Confirm how unbooted installs are currently ordered and displayed, then verify that installation gives them the intended recency while the UI still communicates that they were never launched.
