Description

Known bugs in ComfyUI-Manager (v4, which is NOT the main branch):
1. Attempting to open the manager in the UI without internet on causes an infinite loading loop. V3 (main branch) does not seem to ahve this limitation.
2. There are hidden rules about what node packs are and are not allowed to be isntalled (i.e. when --listen is on, some nodes are restricted due to security concenrs). There is nothing visible to make this known, and there are probably other things that are not exposed I don't even know about right now. Vague messages that say to "change security levesl" are not helpful at all, I don't even know how to adjust that. The errors are also hidden during install - there is this 'lower screen bar' for manager that apepars while it is doing things, but any fialures are not told about to the user. THe user would need to open up this bar via the '>', then switch to the failures tab. This system is fundamentally flawed. Any errors should be apparent to the user.
3. The search does not pick up all expected results, or shows weird results. I know one example given was a kijai node pack that when search for, pulls up someone else's node patck with a similar name/is a mirror.

Research direction

Start at the ComfyUI-Manager V4 manager UI and reproduce the three reported cases: offline loading, restricted or failed node-pack installation, and incorrect search results. Trace each behavior from the UI entry point and document the existing security and failure messages. Done means offline access does not loop, installation errors and restrictions are visible, and the cited node-pack search returns the expected result.
