Incremental Builds

Hi,

Considering what this plugin is actually doing I don't know if this is even possible but thought I'd ask anyway.

Before I swapped out resource provider for the new plugin version it was the only non-incremental annotation processor I had left in my project, so i was hoping I could finally get these huge build speed increases I kept hearing about.

Using the new plugin i'm getting a build warning:


Less of a major thing but considering how much I use this library it'd be nice if incremental builds could be possible.

The issue names no source file, test, or entry point. Start by reproducing the reported build warning with the new plugin and tracing its annotation processor; done means the warning is gone and incremental builds are possible.
