Not being able to inspect captions on the provided sample file

I'm just getting started with this tool but unfortunately I'm not able to get it working. I'm trying it through the docker image. In order to get it working on my local machine, I had to use this [PR](https://github.com/Comcast/caption-inspector/pull/22) and set `ARCH` to `aarch64`. I'm trying docker with the following command line but no captions are extracted:

docker run -tv $(pwd):/files caption-inspector -o /files /files/media/BigBuckBunny_256x144-24fps.ts
```

I'm using the sample media file` BigBuckBunny_256x144-24fps.ts` included in this repo. Below are the logs I got.
