Extend PQBench Use Cases and Metrics

**Description:**
We are seeking contributions to expand PQBench, a component of CARAF, by adding new cryptographic use cases and enhancing PQC evaluation metrics.

**Problem Overview**

PQBench provides curated cryptographic use cases mapped to PQC metrics. To support evolving standards and real-world scenarios, we need more diverse use cases and refined metrics.

**Contribution Scope / Expectations**

- Add new PQC-relevant cryptographic use cases (e.g., IoT, cloud-native).
- Introduce or improve evaluation metrics.
- Enhance CLI commands for better usability and automation.

**Impact**

- Strengthens CARAF’s assessment capabilities.
- Encourages community-driven innovation in PQC benchmarking.
